The menu at Ma Provence combines French bistro classics, such as Filet Mignon au Poivre Frites, a filet, topped with a green peppercorn, brandy, and cream sauce and served with pommes frites, with new twists, such our chocolate thyme creme brulee. All dishes at Ma Provence reflect the best available ingredients and the menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons.
